Equipped with a culinary degree and a passion for baking his own homemade recipes using only the finest quality ingredients, Larry DeNorio left a steady job in financial planning in 2010 with a new kind of plan... bringing the cupcake craze to Hartford! That vision became The Cupcake Brake, Hartford, CT's first (and only!) mobile cupcake truck.
Before partnering with Larry at Take a Brake Bakery, Timothy John was owner and head chef of Vermont Country Deli in Brattleboro, VT and the Vermont Gourmet in Glastonbury, CT. Tim brings years of experience and culinary skill to the table, expanding The Cupcake Brake to include Take a Brake Bakery and The Pie Brake!
